Bruschetta and Snow

Today was pretty amazing. We took the boys to see snow. We didn't have to drive far. We made a snow man, had a snowball fight, and chased the boys. With all the stuff that has been going on it was nice to let go for a change. After that we came home and made hot coco and ate vegetarian Sloppy Joe's. We didn't eat it on normal bread, we baked bread and ate it open faced style. Logan liked it but Ian was rather repulsed lol He said it was gross and settled for a grilled cheese. We had so much left over bread I decided to make bruschetta. It was really good. I buy all my veggies at a little vegetable stand in Dollars Corner called Four C Produce. I was out of onions but the rest of it went together well. The boys wouldn't touch it. I took some of the bread and made "pizzas" with it. They liked that. They went to bed early, for them. Time to watch TV and plan for the photos I need to finish in the morning.
